Government Contracts Lawyer Dave Fletcher Returns to Cooley (1)

Dave Fletcher is returning to Cooley to lead the firm’s government contracts group following a stint at Perkins Coie.

Fletcher had spent almost a decade at Cooley as special counsel before leaving to join Perkins as a partner in late 2018.

“Dave belongs to an elite group of lifelong, highly respected practitioners in the government contracts bar,” said Chris Kimball, who leads Cooley’s Committee on Foreign Investment in the U.S. practice. “We are personally and professionally thrilled to welcome him back.”
