Donell Andre Hicks has joined Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani as a partner in the construction practice group in Seattle, the firm said Wednesday.
Hicks is a litigator with experience handling residential, commercial, condominium, and homeowner association claims, according to GRSM.
He represents construction industry professionals in transactional, litigation, mediation, and arbitration, said the firm.
