Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani Drafts New York Antitrust Co-Chair

Paul M. Kaplan has joined Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani as a partner in the commercial litigation and antitrust practice groups in the New York City office, the firm said Wednesday.

He will also serve as co-chair of the antitrust practice group.

Kaplan’s practice concentrates on business litigation and dispute resolution, antitrust litigation and counseling, class action defense, and white-collar defense and criminal investigations, according to GRSM.

He represents financial institutions and corporations alongside their directors and officers in litigation and regulatory matters, said the firm.
