Charles Carson has joined Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani as a partner with the commercial litigation practice group in the Phoenix office, the firm said Monday.
Carson’s litigation experience includes commercial litigation and insurance matters such as professional liability, commercial premises liability, and product liability, according to GRSM.
He has led more than 40 civil jury trials, multiple bench trials, appeals, arbitrations, and mediations, said the firm.
