Teia Kelly has joined Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani as a partner with the commercial litigation practice group in its Houston office, the firm said Friday.
Kelly concentrates her practice on the construction, energy, and surety industries, according to GRSM. She has experience handling construction defect and equitable adjustment claims, payment and performance bond claims, and breach of contract claims.
She also represents clients in claims involving products liability, antitrust, negligence, breach of contract, and breach of warranty matters, said the firm.
