Gordon Rees Hires Mary Katherine Back for Its Employment Group

Mary Katherine Back has joined Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani as a partner with the firm’s employment law and product and general liability practices in its Sacramento, California office, the firm said Friday.

Back has two decades of experience with labor and employment law and general and product liability, and is actively involved with all aspects of litigation in California state and federal courts, according to Gordon Rees.

She has also handled general civil litigation matters, including catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death claims and product liability claims, the firm said.
