Joseph Huprich has joined Gordon & Rees as a partner in the employment law practice group in San Diego, Calif., the firm said Tuesday.
Huprich, who started his own practice in 2008, focuses on employment law, labor, commercial litigation, construction, trials, and arbitration, according to Gordon & Rees.
He has obtained a dismissal of a $20 million lawsuit against a business owner client, won a $1.5 million award for a construction client, and negotiated a $1.5 million Labor Department wage claim for a home health care provider, said the firm.
