Jon Borderud has joined Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani as a partner in the employment law practice group in the San Diego office, the firm said.
Borderud has experience negotiating and drafting employment agreements, settlement agreements, severance agreements, and employee handbooks, according to GRSM.
He has handled breach of contract, misrepresentation, false advertising, unfair competition, trademark and copyright infringement, partnership disputes, and other business litigation, said the firm.
