Thomas C. Kus has joined Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani as a partner in the Indianapolis, Ind. office, the firm said Friday.
Kus will practice in the environmental and toxic tort, drug and medical device, product and general liability, and commercial litigation practice groups, according to Gordon & Rees.
He defends manufacturers and sellers of medical devices, automated controls, gas valves, and other consumer products in product liability and mass tort litigation, said the firm.
