Larissa Cespedes-Yaffar joined Goodwin as a partner in its private equity practice in Boston, the firm announced Monday.
Cespedes-Yaffar advises private equity and growth equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in complex corporate transactions, including platform and add-on acquisitions, growth and minority investments, divestitures, and other strategic transactions. She also counsels clients on general corporate and governance matters across a range of industries, including technology, tech-enabled businesses, healthcare, industrials, aerospace and defense, and telecommunications, in both domestic and cross-border matters, the firm said.
She joins from Kirkland & Ellis, according to her LinkedIn profile.
