Alicja Biskupska-Haas has joined Goodwin as a partner in the private investment funds practice in the New York office, the firm said Tuesday.
Biskupska-Haas concentrates on the asset management sector, according to Goodwin. She advises sponsors on fund structuring, formation, operations, compliance with securities laws, and secondary and portfolio company transactions.
Her experience includes private equity funds, infrastructure funds, venture capital funds, and hedge funds, said the firm.
