Goodwin Recruits Paul Rosie as Partner in Life Sciences Group

Paul Rosie joined Goodwin as a partner in its life sciences group in Boston, the firm announced Tuesday.

Rosie advises high-growth companies and investors across the full corporate lifecycle, including venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets transactions. He represents startups through later-stage companies, as well as venture capital funds, with a focus on the life sciences and technology industries, the firm said.

Rosie was most recently at Morse, according to his LinkedIn profile.
