Amanda Gill has joined Goodwin Procter as a partner with the mergers and acquisitions practice and life sciences group in New York, the firm said Monday.
Gill focuses on public and private company mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, joint ventures, and carve-outs, according to Goodwin.
She also works on private equity and venture capital transactions and advises clients on activist defense and corporate governance matters, Goodwin said.
