Goodwin Procter Recruits Crystal Kaldjob as Washington Partner

Crystal Kaldjob has joined Goodwin Procter as a financial services partner, resident in the Washington office, the firm said Monday.

Kaldjob provides transactional and regulatory counsel to fintech companies, merchants, retailers, banks and other financial institutions, according to the firm.

She advises clients on strategic partnerships, including structuring and negotiating private label, co-brand credit card and point-of-sale financing programs, banking-as-a-service arrangements, merchant acquiring agreements, loan and credit card portfolio sales and acquisitions, the firm said.
