Nicole Aiken-Shaban joined Goodwin as a partner in its healthcare practice in Philadelphia, the firm announced Friday.
Aiken-Shaban is a healthcare regulatory attorney with a national practice advising healthcare providers and suppliers, private equity funds and other investors, Medicare and Medicaid managed care organizations, and life sciences companies. She counsels clients on complex regulatory matters, including state and federal fraud and abuse laws, the federal Anti-Kickback Statute, beneficiary inducement prohibitions, reimbursement challenges, value-based care models, healthcare licensing, and corporate practice of medicine issues, the firm said.
She joins from Reed Smith.
