Xander Flynn-Tabloff joined Goodwin as a partner in the employment practice in Boston, the firm announced Monday.
Flynn-Tabloff represents clients on labor and employment matters in complex corporate transactions, especially those involving private equity sponsors, the firm said.
His work includes overseeing employment aspects of purchase agreements, structuring and drafting employment, non-competition, non-solicitation, clawback, retention, and employment separation agreements, Goodwin said.
