Goodwin Hires Patrick Sandor as Private Equity Practice Partner

Patrick Sandor joined Goodwin Procter as a partner in its private equity practice in San Francisco, the firm announced Tuesday.

Sandor specializes in advising clients on buyout and investment transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, spin-offs and carve-outs, restructurings, and recapitalizations, as well as growth and later-stage financings. He represents private equity funds and their portfolio companies, with a focus on the technology, fintech, and healthtech industries, the firm said.
