Michael Siekman has joined Goodwin’s life sciences practice as a partner in the Boston office, the firm said Monday.
Siekman advises clients in the biotechnology, biosimilar, and pharmaceutical sectors on intellectual property matters, including patent prosecution and portfolio strategy, licensing, post-grant proceedings, and litigation, according to Goodwin.
His transactional practice includes licensing agreements, collaboration agreements, and IP-related aspects of mergers, acquisitions, IPOs, and other financings, said the firm.
