Mark David McPherson has joined Goodwin Procter as a partner with the complex litigation and dispute resolution practice in New York, the firm said Tuesday.
McPherson focuses on cases and investigations involving data security incidents and privacy laws, according to Goodwin.
He has also litigated class actions and other cases under state and federal securities laws, RICO, and consumer protection statutes as well as advised companies on the protection of the attorney-client privilege and litigating personal jurisdiction in state and federal courts, Goodwin said.
