Patrick Gunn has joined Goodwin as a partner with the complex litigation and dispute resolution practice in San Francisco, the firm said Tuesday.
Gunn, whose specialty is real estate litigation, has also worked on commercial contract litigation, shareholder derivative actions, trade secret matters, and partnership disputes, according to Goodwin.
His clients have included companies and individuals in the technology, venture capital, and real estate industries as well as real estate sponsors, developers, owners, and investors, Goodwin said.
