Goodwin Drafts Two Partners to London Private Equity Practice

Ian Keefe and George Weavil will join Goodwin’s private equity practice as partners in the London office, the firm said Thursday.

Keefe focuses on European and international private equity and M&A transactions, advising on leveraged buyouts, consortium deals, bolt-on acquisitions, and carve-outs, among other matters, according to Goodwin.

Weavil advises private equity investors as well as other financial sponsors on buyouts, disposals, acquisitions, co-investments, and general corporate matters, said the firm.
