Robert Lemons has joined Goodwin Procter’s financial restructuring group as a partner in New York, the firm said Tuesday.
Lemons represents debtors, creditors, and acquirers, according to Goodwin.
He has worked on chapter 11 cases and out of court workouts as well as in- and out-of-court restructurings of public and private companies, Goodwin said.
