Goodwin Adds Adam Dilluvio as Health-Care Partner in New York

Adam Dilluvio joined Goodwin Procter as a partner in its life sciences group and health-care practice in New York, the firm announced Monday.

Dilluvio advises life sciences companies across the full spectrum of the corporate lifecycle. He works on mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, minority investments, early-stage financings, restructurings, carve-outs, joint ventures, and strategic licenses, the firm said.

He joins from Gurnet Point Capital, where he was general counsel.
