Michael Silverman has joined Goldberg Segalla as a partner in its toxic tort and environmental law practice groups in New York, the firm said Monday.
Silverman advises clients on a range of legal, regulatory, and commercial matters, and their impact on the business environment, according to the firm.
He has significant experience as counsel in asbestos litigation, and in handling the full range of legal issues affecting clients in high-volume product liability litigation, the firm said.
