Goldberg Segalla Hires Irene Nikolados as Workers’ Comp Partner

Irene Nikolados has joined Goldberg Segalla as a partner with the firm’s workers’ compensation group in Garden City, New York, the firm said Monday.

Nikolados handles hearings, pre-hearings and trials during which she engages in cross-examination of claimants, lay witnesses, and medical witnesses, according to the firm.

She also has experience preparing settlement evaluations, exposure analysis, fraud reviews and written summations, the firm said.
