Osman Nawaz joined Gibson Dunn as a partner in its securities enforcement and white collar defense and investigations practice groups New York, the firm announced Monday.
Nawaz will advise clients on internal and government investigations and enforcement actions, as well as follow-on civil litigation and compliance-related issues, the firm said.
He joins from the Securities and Exchange Commission.
