Gibson Dunn Taps Eugene Park as Distressed Finance Partner

Eugene Park joined Gibson Dunn as a partner in its business restructuring and reorganization and liability management and special situations practice groups in New York, the firm announced Monday.

Park’s practice focuses on special situation and opportunistic financing transactions. He represents borrowers, equity sponsors, and credit investors in liability management matters, opportunistic and distressed financings, and restructurings, the firm said.
