Caith Kushner has joined Gibson Dunn & Crutcher as a partner and member of the liability management and special situations practice in the business restructuring and reorganization practice group, the firm said Tuesday.
Kushner, who joins the New York office, concentrates on liability management and distressed financing transactions, particularly out-of-court debt exchanges and other restructurings, DIP financings and exit financings, and direct lending transactions, according to Gibson Dunn.
He also has experience with a variety of leveraged finance and investment grade transactions, said the firm.
