Daniel Abercromby has joined Gibson Dunn & Crutcher as a global finance practice partner in its Hong Kong office, the firm said Wednesday.
Abercromby counsels on a variety of financings across India, Southeast Asia, Greater China, Korea and Japan, according to the firm.
He also has extensive experience in leveraged and acquisition financings, direct lending transactions, and special-situation investments. His clients include private equity funds and their portfolio companies, the firm said.
