Gibson Dunn Recruits Former White House Counsel in Washington

Stuart Delery has returned to Gibson Dunn to serve as a partner and co-chair of the crisis management practice group and administrative law and regulatory practice group in Washington, D.C., the firm said Monday.

Delery held the role of White House Counsel for President Joe Biden from 2022 to 2023, deputy counsel to the president from 2021 to 2022, and acting associate attorney general for the United States, according to Gibson Dunn.

He represents corporations and individuals in litigation and investigations involving the federal government that deal with regulatory litigation and enforcement, Gibson Dunn said.
