Douglas Horowitz will lead Gibson Dunn’s leveraged and acquisition finance efforts as a partner in New York, the law firm said Monday.
Horowitz, formerly a partner at Cahill Gordon & Reindel, focuses his practice on capital markets transactions and lending and finance transactions, representing investment banking firms, commercial banks and public and private corporations, according to Gibson Dunn.
“Doug has established a stellar reputation as a technically excellent lawyer, a great communicator and a truly collaborative individual,” Aaron Adams, co-chair of the global finance practice group, said. “His market-leading profile and gravitas will enhance our strong leveraged finance team.”
