Atma Kabad joined Gibson Dunn as a partner in its capital markets practice group in Houston, the firm announced Tuesday.
Kabad advises public and private companies and private equity investors on capital market transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and securities law matters. His practice focuses on advising companies in registered equity offerings, debt offerings, liability management transactions, restructurings, and mergers and acquisitions, the firm said.
