Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher advised Aurora Capital Partners on its acquisition of Spray-Tek LLC, a provider of specialized spray drying and related services.
McDermott Will & Emery advised Middlesex, N.J.-based Spray-Tek on the transaction, for which no terms were disclosed.
Spray-Tek has operations in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and expects to open a new facility in Beloit, Wis., in early 2022, according to a statement. Its customers include companies in the food and beverage, personal and home care, and pharmaceutical and nutritional markets.
“With Aurora’s strategic and financial support, we will be able to increase our drying capacity and expand our portfolio of service offerings to best meet our customers’ needs,” said Spray-Tek’s chief executive officer, David A. Brand.
