C. Lee Wilson has joined Gibson Dunn as a partner in the New York office, the firm said Tuesday.
Wilson, who previously practiced at Jones Day and Wachtell Lipton, focuses on bankruptcy, M&A, and shareholder-related litigation, according to Gibson Dunn.
He also advises on arbitrations and securities and regulatory investigations and litigation, as well as contractual drafting and interpretation and potential litigation exposure in advance of M&A, private equity, and finance transactions, Gibson Dunn said.
