Gibson Dunn Hires Michael Saliba as Capital Markets Partner

Michael Saliba joined Gibson Dunn as a partner in its capital markets practice group in New York, the firm announced Monday.

Saliba advises clients on complex capital markets transactions, including registered and private equity financings such as high-yield debt, preferred stock, and other private credit transactions. He also counsels clients on corporate and securities law matters, as well as high-yield debt covenant and debt structuring analyses, the firm said.
