Gibson Dunn Hires Howard, Warner as Restructuring Partners

Chris Howard and Presley Warner joined Gibson Dunn as partners in its business restructuring and reorganization practice group in London, the firm announced Monday.

Howard and Warner advise international corporations, investment and commercial banks, and financial sponsors on corporate restructurings and financings throughout Europe, the Middle East, and the United States, the firm said.

Simone Benton also joined as counsel and Matthew Squire as senior associate.
