Gibson Dunn Gains Former HHS Deputy General Counsel in DC Office

Katlin McKelvie has joined Gibson Dunn as a partner with the FDA and health care practice group in the Washington, D.C., office, the firm said Monday.

McKelvie, who focuses on drug regulatory matters, will provide regulatory advice to companies who manufacture, distribute, market, and sell FDA-regulated products, according to Gibson Dunn.

She previously served as deputy general counsel for the US Department of Health and Human Services as well as held senior roles at the US Food and Drug Administration and on the US Senate HELP Committee, Gibson Dunn said.
