Gibson Dunn Adds New York Financial Services Regulatory Partner

Ro Spaziani has joined Gibson Dunn & Crutcher as a partner in the New York office, the firm said Monday.

Spaziani will be a member of the financial institutions, global financial regulatory, and global fintech and digital assets practice groups, according to Gibson Dunn.

She represents financial institutions in corporate and regulatory matters, including in connection with mergers and acquisitions, strategic initiatives, partnerships, enforcement actions, compliance, and corporate governance matters, said the firm.
