Gibson Dunn Adds Jin Hee Kim as a Finance Partner in New York

Jin Hee Kim has joined Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher as a partner with the global finance practice group, the firm said Monday.

Kim specializes in syndicated and direct lending acquisition financing, representing private and sponsor portfolio company and public company borrowers, according to Gibson Dunn.

Kim has previously been a partner at Allen & Overy, a counsel at Cahill Gordon & Reindel and Cravath, Swaine & Moore, and corporate counsel at Building Materials Corporation of America and International Specialty Products, the firm said.
