Gibson Dunn Adds Energy Partner Victoria ‘Tory’ Lauterbach in DC

Victoria “Tory” Lauterbach has joined Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher as a partner and member of the energy, regulation and litigation practice group in the firm’s Washington office, the firm said Monday.

Lauterbach represents energy sector clients, including generation developers, independent power producers and transmission companies, investor-owned utilities, and natural gas companies in a variety of regulatory, transactional, and litigation matters, according to Gibson Dunn.

She helps clients navigate heavily regulated energy industry market environments, including wholesale electricity and carbon markets, and advises companies on issues relating to the Federal Power Act, the Natural Gas Act, the Interstate Commerce Act, ...
