David Irvine has joined Gibson Dunn as a partner with the global finance practice group in London, the firm said Monday.
Irvine advises private equity sponsors and private credit funds in cross-border leveraged and acquisition financing transactions, according to Gibson Dunn.
He will co-chair Global Finance (Europe).
