Gibson Dunn Adds Andrew Cheng as Business Restructuring Partner

Andrew W. Cheng rejoined Gibson Dunn as a partner in its business restructuring and reorganization practice group and liability management and special situations practice group in Los Angeles, the firm announced Tuesday.

Cheng’s practice focuses on distressed-related financings, including rescue and DIP financings. He represents lenders in liability management transactions, restructuring of syndicated secured credit facilities, and sponsor-side acquisition financings, the firm said.
