Lola Lin will join GE Vernova Inc., the energy company spun off from General Electric, as executive vice president, chief legal officer and corporate secretary, the company said Wednesday.
Lin brings over 25 years of legal expertise and joins GE Vernova from Howmet Aerospace Inc., where she served as executive vice president, chief legal and compliance officer and secretary. Prior to Howmet, she held legal roles at companies including Airgas Inc., Air Liquide USA, Dell Inc., and law firms Sutherland Asbill & Brennan LLP and Locke Liddell & Sapp LLP.
