Yael Fuchs and Meghan Biss have joined Loeb & Loeb as partners with the firm’s nonprofits and tax-exempt organizations practice in New York and Washington respectively, the firm said Monday.
Fuchs will focus her practice on tax-exempt organizations in litigation matters and counseling on governance, internal investigations, compliance and risk management, according to Loeb & Loeb.
Biss, who spent more than a decade with the US Internal Revenue Service, will focus on the full range of issues affecting tax-exempt organizations and donors, including counseling clients as they navigate IRS audits, appeals and related matters, the firm said.
