FTC Pressed on Energy Mergers Scrutiny by GOP Lawmakers: Fox

Republican lawmakers argue that the FTC scrutinized the Exxon-Pioneer and Chevron-Hess deals, even as there were no significant competitive concerns, Fox Business reports, citing a letter from House Judiciary Committee Chair Jim Jordan and Senator Mike Lee to FTC Chair Lina Khan.
