Ryan Whitaker joined Frost Brown Todd as a partner in Cincinnati, the firm announced Tuesday.
Whitaker’s practice focuses on tax planning and compliance, business and transactional law, and real estate. He handles federal, state, and local tax planning and controversy matters, including tax-free corporate reorganizations, Qualified Opportunity Zone projects, tax audits, appeals, and tax court litigation, the firm said.
In his real estate practice, Whitaker represents property owners, developers, and investors in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, development, and leasing matters.
