Mason Clutter joined Frost Brown Todd as a partner in its data, digital assets, and technology practice group in Washington, the firm announced Tuesday.
Clutter was previously the chief privacy officer and chief Freedom of Information Act officer for the Department of Homeland Security, the firm said.
