Vivian Basdekis has joined Frost Brown Todd as a partner in the Charleston, W.Va., office, the firm said Wednesday.
Basdekis, a commercial litigator and trial attorney, centers her practice on financial services, construction, energy, and media industries, according to Frost Brown Todd.
She specializes in commercial contract disputes and business torts, representing clients as plaintiffs and defendants in disputes involving breach of contract, fraud, unfair competition, and antitrust, the firm said.
