Michael Allen has joined the public finance team at Frost Brown Todd as a partner in Indianapolis, the firm said Wednesday.
Allen will serve as bond counsel with a focus on financing for public universities and transactions involving student and multifamily housing, according to Frost Brown Todd.
He also advises clients on HUD loans, House Assistance Payment contracts, and Ginnie Mae, Freddie Mac, and Fannie May enhancements, Frost Brown Todd said.
