Jason Brace joined Frost Brown Todd as a partner in its corporate mergers and acquisitions and private equity practice in Nashville, the firm announced Thursday.
Brace represents private equity investors and their portfolio companies in complex corporate transactions, including acquisitions, recapitalizations, dispositions, mergers, joint ventures, securities offerings, and other capital-raising activities, the firm said.
